More fleet fun

One of the fun things about being a reporter is getting tips from readers. That's how this story about a big shipment of new state cars came about. Turns out things weren't exactly as they looked -- the cars are new, but are leased, and will be replacing other leased cars -- but still worth reporting on, in the face of higher scrutiny with the state's fleet.
