First up, the anti-tax protest, featuring (not-yet) candidate Gary Johnson and candidate (for governor) Doug Turner. That's at 10 a.m.
Then, at 11 a.m., there's a rally for choice, to mark the 37th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
At noon, people who are mad at State Land Commissioner Pat Lyons over recent land swaps plan to protest as well. This group might be the best prepared for the weather, as the news release says they'll be wearing camouflage, which is usually warm stuff.
With the snow, you might be wondering if the Legislature will start on time at noon. That's a question you can ask yourself every session, of course, even without the snow. No word yet on official delays at the Capitol.
As for other events today, expect Gov. Bill Richardson's State of the State speech to start around 1 p.m. You can watch it online here.
